Join our team either remotely or in one of two locations, London or Zagreb. This role can be based in any location, preferably within the Central European Time (CET) +/-03:00 time zone.
We are looking for a Product Designer to join our Cloud team, responsible for our Cloud products and services, who will help us create designs that are not only easy to use, but that are beloved by our customers. Working with other team members, you will be responsible for determining user needs and preferences to create designs that will blend those needs with business objectives, continuously advocating for the user throughout the development process.
Our ideal candidate will be able to comprehend complex technical concepts and distill them into simple, easy-to-use solutions that improve user workflows. You will be in charge with prototyping, designing, testing, implementing, and evaluating user experiences for web based applications.
This role is a mix of more strategic and high level work with creating mockups and UI Engineering in HTML and CSS. You may be working on a new software onboarding experience, try to solve complex navigation issues such as Graph query result view, work on tricky interactions in visualisation panel or produce mockups for the new Monitoring page. You can count on fast feedback cycles as our software is continuously being released – your ideas will be put into users’ hands very quickly.
As a Product Designer in the Cloud team, you will partner with the software engineers, marketing, product management and developer relationship teams in making products more user friendly.
