Join our team either remotely or in one of two locations, London or Zagreb. This role can be based in any location, preferably within the Central European Time (CET) +/-03:00 time zone.
We are looking for an Enterprise Account Executive who is responsible for developing our initial opportunities into recurring revenue deals. As the first professional sales hire in the organisation, you will report to the Chief Operating Officer, and will work closely with the founders (CEO and CTO).
This position is for someone who has the flexibility to handle an ambiguous and rapidly changing environment, ramp up very fast on the technology and the market, and help direct the company’s efforts given your regular contact with prospects and customers. We need an experienced salesperson who has a consultative sales approach, a successful track record of growing and onboarding clients with polished presentation skills, and the experience of working in a startup.
As an Account Executive you will be in charge of developing and nurturing relationships within all our existing accounts and prospects and be the primary point of contact engagement for all new opportunities. You will rapidly identify the steps necessary to close opportunities, and try to bring those customers on board quickly with a win-win commercial relationship.
You’ll need to provide clear and analytical feedback from prospects and customers, and ensure that the CEO and founders are frequently directly engaged with these organisations. We need your help in evolving the proposition messaging as you see market feedback.
You’ll be working closely with the CEO and founders and Marketing team, as well as Developer Relations to maximise incoming leads. You will be responsible for any direct outreach to prospective customers. You will generate short-term results whilst maintaining a long-term perspective to improve overall revenue generation.
Moreover, you will demonstrate/sell value to key stakeholders within the accounts during complex sales cycles. Also you will exceed activity, pipeline, and revenue goals on a quarterly basis, as well as advise and support the company in all aspects of the sales tech stack. You will track all opportunity and customer details including use case, purchase time frames, next steps, and forecasting in the CRM.
