The new Memgraph v2.4.0 has been out for a week now but there are two more features we would like to tell you about in more detail:
The new project() function creates a projected graph allowing you to run any function or a query module on a subgraph! Read the How We Designed and Implemented Graph Projection Feature post about the development process of this useful feature.
If you haven’t already, be sure to try the new All shortest paths algorithm. Check out Memgraph documentation on built-in algorithms to find out how to use it!
Dealing with sensitive data that need maximum security? Try out the new Enterprise feature - label-based authorization. Learn more about how to manage user permissions on node label and edge type levels by reading the reference guide and the how-to guide on this topic.
To check if that pesky bug that’s been bothering you has been fixed, check out the latest changelog. If it hasn’t, head over to the GitHub repo and open an issue! While you’re there, give us a star! We’re out buying a new batch of bug spray.
Let us know what you are building with Memgraph and how we can help. Simply drop us a note on our community forum or Discord server, and we'll be right with you! "If you'd like to give Memgraph a spin, download it for free or start a 14-days free trial of Memgraph Cloud.”
That's it for today. Have a great weekend and until next time!
